To create a new Story, navigate to either CRM–>Companies or CRM–>Contacts, and select “Create Story” from the Options dropdown for the desired Company or Contact.
From there, you will be taken to the main Story page. On this page, you will be able to filter the Story by date range, as well as filter by item (Notes, Events, Goals). When the filters are set the way you like, just click “Run” to apply the filters to a new Story search. On this page you will also see an overview of the Company or Contact’s info, with the option to edit by clicking the blue pencil button.
After running your desired Story search, you will be able to view all of the desired items in the scrolling timeline at the bottom. To view details of a particular item, simply click the “flag” for the item on the timeline, or use the back and forward navigation arrows to scroll between each item. For each item, you will see a tag for it’s type (Note, Goal, or Event), as well as the title and description. Additionally, each item will have the two dates. The first date is the creation date of the item, and the second date is the due date.
