In simplest terms, a Contract is a written agreement between you and the client, that contains details regarding scope of work, billing, and other items related to a particular project or job. Contracts go hand-in-hand with estimate and invoices, and can be seen as a more detailed version of an estimate or invoice. In SuiteDash, Contracts are generated from pre-made templates (that you can design yourself), the appropriate client, company, and billing data inside the Contract is automatically filled out using placeholders, and then the Contract is visible inside the app in both browser-based and PDF form. From there, you or the client can print it, sign it, mail it, whatever needs to be done.

Additionally, you can use placeholders inside a Contract Template to use the built-in digital signature functionality, if you want to allow your clients (and yourself) to eSign the Contract.
