By navigating to Settings–>Your Branding–>Email Templates, you will be able to customize the content of each automated email notification that sends from your SuiteDash installation. The email templates are organized into categories in a grid, where each icon is clickable and will lead you to the individual templates that can be edited.
When a specific icon is selected, you will be presented with individual email templates arranged in tabs. The content of each template, from the sender info, to the subject and body of the email, can be edited from here.
Each template has specific placeholders that can be used inside of it to dynamically insert data (such as the username of the email recipient). Each template's available placeholders are listed at the top of each page. You also have the option to use the [From-Name], [From-Email], and [Subject-Company] placeholders in their respective fields. Using these placeholders will automatically insert your corresponding settings from Settings–>Your Branding–>Email Logo & Colors, ensuring each email template is properly branded without needing to edit each one individually (Note: if no data is present at Settings–>Your Branding–>Email Logo & Colors, the default SuiteDash From Name, Email, and Subject Company will be used).
Additionally, you have the option to send a test version of any template using the "Send Test Email" box at the bottom of the corresponding template's page. Simply enter a working email address (where you would like to receive the test email) into the box, and click "Send". A test version of the email template will be sent to that address, allowing you to view content and styling changes on the fly (Note: any placeholders used in the templates will not be dynamically replaced when sending test versions of the email).
The default content of the particular email template will be displayed on the right-side, for reference. You can copy the default template manually from this area, or use the "Reset Template to Default" link to automatically overwrite any customization for the template, and revert it back to the default content.
