Alternatively to adding your CRM Contacts manually, you have the option to allow new Prospects and Clients to self-register using a front-facing form in your SuiteDash environment. To manage self-registration, you can navigate to Settings-->Users/Circles-->Self-Registration
From this page, you will be able to copy the separate URLs for the Client Registration Form and the Prospect Registration Form, and you can paste these links anywhere you like (such as in your main website menu, in an email, etc). The branding of these self-registration forms will be controlled by your Custom Login settings related to your login page and branded URL. Additionally on this page will be several settings you can adjust related to Client and Prospect self-registration.
Use this setting to automatically assign any self-registered Clients and Prospects to a particular List in Email Marketing. You can read more about Email Marketing HERE
Use this setting to automatically assign any self-registered Clients and Prospects to a particular Event Template in CRM. You can read more about Event Templates HERE
When this box is checked, any self-registered Clients and Prospects will automatically be approved after registration, and they will be able to login and access their account. With this box unchecked, an admin will need to manually approve any self-registered Clients and Prospects from the CRM menu before those users will be able to login and access their accounts.
Automatic Send Welcome Email
When this box is checked, any self-registered Clients and Prospects will automatically receive their initial welcome email immediately after they register. With this box unchecked, an admin will need to manually trigger the welcome email for each user from the CRM menu. (This setting is best used in conjunction with Automatic Approval also checked).
